That For Which Christ Jesus Took Hold of Me

(Preached through an interpreter at Power Explosion Ministries, Nairobi, Kenya.)

Paul wrote that he was pressing on to take hold of “that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.” He knew he had a destiny in God, and he wanted all that God had for him.

It is important in our Christian life that we understand that we have a destiny, and that we know our calling in God. Even more important, we need to understand that our ultimate destiny and calling are far more that merely what we are called to do.
