THE KING'S WARRIORS

Part of our vision is to raise up an international army of intercessors.
The vision for this part of the ministry is threefold:

* To recognise, train, equip, raise up and release intercessors. Intercessors are often lonely and misunderstood people. Often they themselves do not fully understand the call which is on their lives, and as a result act unwisely in their efforts to carry out that call. They are seldom recognised publicly, and often pushed away by pastors who are uncomfortable (sometimes justifiably so) with their ministry. At the same time the Church, which desperately needs all the prayer and intercession it can get, often misses out on the benefits of this vital ministry.

Our aim is to recognise intercessors and help them to recognise the call on their lives; to teach them how to move in their calling whilst maintaining proper order in the Church (and not alienating the pastor); and to teach the Church to accept, treasure and nurture its intercessors.

* To be a vital part of the establishment of GTKMI We believe that this ministry must be built on prayer and worship, and that intercession is foundational. We need intercessors! God has given us a big vision, and it can only be accomplished in His power and with His strategies.

* To pray strategically for the Church, the Nation and the World. We praise God that the Church as a whole is coming to a recognition of the need for and importance of prayer. However, much of the prayer currently happening in the Church is at a surface level – dealing with the symptoms in the lives of individuals and congregations, rather than targeting the underlying spiritual forces. We aim to teach intercessors how to penetrate the spiritual realms and pray effectively for the Body of Christ and for our nation and world.

You can be involved in The King's Warriors in two ways:

1. Subscribe to our Warriors News prayer/newsletter. This is published roughly every two weeks, and contains news from various prayer networks around the world. On the alternate weeks, you will receive our ministry newsletter, Glory News, with news and prayer requests from Glory to the King Apostolic Network.
